FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
    Call us on: 029 2000 2345 You can also manage your orders in your account, however it is always best to call us beforehand as we may have already dispatched your order.
  • NEW AND UNUSED RETURNS & EXCHANGES
    For new items, please enclose original invoice and follow one of the following procedures: 1. Please first of all notify us if you intend to return an item. If you have tried fitting the part and or damaged the packaging or item in any way a return will not be authorised. The item must be in an unused brand new state. 2. Unwanted or unsuitable goods: Returns of unwanted goods are accepted in new & unused condition, for 30 days after receipt. You will be entitled to your choice of an exchange or refund, the cost of shipping the item to you in the first place will be deducted from your refund. The customer must also cover the cost of the return postage for unwanted goods. We can not accept responsibility for returned items lost in transit and so we recommend that you use recorded delivery or an otherwise insured method of return and obtain a proof of dispatch from the carrier. NB: please insure parcel is insured to cover the complete cost of item, in the event of the courier losing your return.
  • MY ITEM IS FAULTY, CAN I RETURN IT?
    Returns of faulty goods are accepted, the item will be inspected upon receipt and if fault is not due to misuse, you will be entitled to your choice of an exchange, repair or a full refund. We will refund the cost of returns postage for defective goods (within reasonable limits) upon return delivery. Please note that the warranty given by the manufacturers of our products will only cover the cost of the parts. Labour charges and other costs are not covered. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in transit and so we recommend that you use recorded delivery or an otherwise insured method of return and obtain a proof of dispatch from the carrier.
  • I CAN'T WAIT FOR AN EXCHANGE, CAN YOU JUST SEND THE NEW PART OUT FAST?
    If you are returning goods for an exchange we would normally have to wait for the goods to arrive with us and inspect them before we can send out the replacement. However we understand that sometimes an exchange must be made quickly and so we can send out a replacement immediately. We must take payment for the replacement but as soon as the returned item arrives we will give you a refund on that cost. Please allow 14 days for refunds to be processed.
  • HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
    If your part is in stock in our stock room and we receive your order before 2pm, we will dispatch it the same day. If your order is an item we must order in, we will receive this the next working day and post it out the same day we receive it. Our default delivery option is Royal Mail 48hr, though you may request faster. Larger items will go via courier. If your order is urgent, you must call us on 029 2000 2345 as we will always do our best to get it to you as fast as possible.
  • I AM NOT BASED IN THE UK, CAN I STILL ORDER?
    You can. Please contact us through our contact us page for the most accurate shipping calculations and to ensure we send you the correct parts.
